Parent’s Processing Therapy Group

The Parent's Processing Group is a therapeutic group where parents can work together on processing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with their children coming out, being in the LGBTQ community, gain peer insight from other parents, and reflect on difficulties based on parenting a child in the community. This is a free and open group for any parents who are interested in joining

Bedroom Baggage “Sex Talk” (ages 21+)

We believe that sexuality is part of general mental health. This group is a brave space where individuals can explore their feelings, thoughts, experiences, and questions related to intimacy, relationships, and sexuality. In this space, we will engage in honest discussions surrounding a variety of sex-related content such as lack of confidence, shame and stigma, expectations, fantasies, and intimacy dynamics. InBetweeners (ages 10-13)

Virtual

InBetweeners provides a safe and supportive environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning and allied youth (or “tweens”) ages 10-13. It offers a social space for middle school youth who are exploring their identity and provides an inclusive environment for them to meet other peers and engage in fun activities and discussions suitable for their age group. Activities include arts and crafts, creative writing, discussions, movie nights, and group-building activities. This is a virtual meeting.
