Q Chat Space provides live, chat-based, professionally facilitated, online support and discussion groups for LGBTQQ+ teens 13-19. Q Chat Space was developed by CenterLink in partnership with Planned Parenthood Federation of America and PFLAG National and in collaboration with CenterLink member centers. It is a resource for all LGBTQQ+ centers and other organizations serving LGBTQQ+ youth to better serve youth who cannot access services in person

Genderflood (Ages 18-26)

Gender Flood is a social drop-in group for transgender, genderqueer, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and gender-questioning young adults ages 18-26. This is a wonderful group to meet other transgender and gender non-conforming peers from throughout Orange County. Get involved, meet others, and participate in engaging weekly discussions, activities, and community events. Important Note: This is a closed space facilitated by and for transgender and gender non-conforming young adults. We kindly ask to respect the space for trans people only.

BreakOUT (ages 12-17)

Youth Process Group is an age-specific online processing group from ages 12 to 17. We meet every Monday night from 5:30-7:00 PM. BreakOUT is a supportive space for participants to navigate the everyday stressors in their lives. Group leaders facilitate discussions about various topics and activities such as identity, school/ home life, and more. BreakOUTs mission is to involve and engage with young LGBTQIA+ community members, allowing them to explore new strategies to cope as well as connect with their queer identity in a safe space with their peers. Prism (ages 18-26)

Prism welcomes all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, and/or allied young adults ages 18-26. The objective of this group is to provide young adults with a safe and welcoming space, where they can meet friends and participate in engaging weekly discussions, activities, and community events. VIVID- Validating and Including Voices in Diversity (ages 14-24)

VIVID: The LGBTQ Center OC's Youth and Young Adult Program is hosting a series of youth leadership and community engagement opportunities for LGBTQIA+ youth and allies ages 14-24 living in Orange County. We are currently recruiting on an ongoing basis, inviting youth and students to participate in weekly leadership meetings, support planning various components of activities and events that they would like to see, and make their visions into reality! Meetings are every Tuesday afternoon at the LGBTQ Center OC Time: 5:30-7:00 pm, with in-person meetings and the opportunity to participate virtually. Address: 1605 N. OUTlet (ages 18-26)

OUTlet is intended to create a safe space for youth to talk about mental health issues, create healthy relationships with others, and learn tools to understand, manage, and decrease symptoms of mental health. This group will teach youth how to build insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and learn how to communicate their needs and wants in a healthy assertive manner. Lastly, with an emphasis on maladaptive coping skills including self-medicating with substances, isolating, or engaging in risky behaviors, youth will learn to develop coping skills needed to manage symptoms on a long-term basis. OUtlet meets virtually and in person  every Tuesday at 5:30 to 7:00 pm.
