Adam Bouska – Co-Founder & Photographer
Award-winning celebrity photographer Adam Bouska, known for his distinctive style, has worked with icons like Jane Lynch, Barry Manilow, and Meghan McCain. Based in Los Angeles, Adam is best recognized for his NOH8 Campaign portraits, which have become a global symbol for LGBTQ+ equality. His passion for activism extends beyond photography, with previous projects benefiting AIDS Project Los Angeles and promoting cat adoption. Adam has been honored by Instinct Magazine, The Advocate’s 40 Under 40, and more. He continues to travel worldwide to advocate for equality through his powerful photography.
Jeff Parshley – Co-Founder & Executive Producer
Jeff Parshley, originally from Nashua, NH, became an activist in 2008 after joining the post-Proposition 8 protests with Adam. That experience led him to co-found the NOH8 Campaign, where he oversees celebrity involvement, public service announcements, and photo shoot coordination. Prior to activism, Jeff worked as a General Manager in West Hollywood and produced a successful charity calendar for AIDS Project Los Angeles. His leadership has been instrumental in growing the NOH8 Campaign into a global movement for LGBTQ+ rights.

Manila Luzon is an international drag queen renowned for her campy take on glamour, signature black-and-blonde wigs, and witty humor. Known for combining elegant fashion with playful themes, Manila rose to fame after finishing as a fan-favorite runner-up on RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 3 and returning to All Stars twice. She is the host, head judge, and executive producer of Drag Den with Manila Luzon on Prime Video, a role that earned her the 2023 Asian Academy Creative Award for Best Host.
Beyond the screen, Manila is an accomplished musician with hits like “Hot Couture” and “Go Fish,” recently signing with Warner Music Philippines. She’s also a prominent figure in global campaigns with brands like Maybelline, Disney, and Jack Daniels, and co-founded the LGBTQ+-owned SERV Vodka.
Manila’s lifestyle brand, Fineapple Couture, features chic fashion and accessories, reflecting her ever-growing impact on pop culture. Always evolving, Manila continues to entertain, create, and inspire with her signature blend of humor, style, and heart.

Ashley Ventri
Ashley Ventri is a full time musician with over 30+ years of performing experience both in music and multiple dance forms. Her resume includes gigging at various venues, teaching students of all ages, church accompanist, children’s musical theater director, and a studio singer. She was classically trained for voice (6+ yrs) in her youth and continues to further her technique through every performance. Her band, Soul Venture, has been playing the local So Cal scene entertaining a variety of audiences. She is the current manager and books for weddings, corporate parties, private events, festivals, memorial services, lgbtqia+ events, etc. Their sound mainly consists of soul, funk, motown, jazz, alternative, rock and pop.
