Since 2014, Trans*itions Health and Wellness has been a pioneer in trans* specific health programs in Orange County.Trans*itions exists to help guide the Trans* community and their families, throughout their transition, along with providing education and resources to allied businesses and community members. We provide connections to services such as counseling, hormone services, name and gender marker change clinics, groups, events, and more!
Monthly Trans Orientations
This services is open to clients aged 18 and older who live in Orange County or nearby areas in California.Registration Required.
